Remember your breath. Take some time to feel it and listen to it. Become deeply aware of your body. Where in your body do you feel your breath?

These quiet moments don't take a lot of time. It is not another thing on your to-do list. It's a gentle self inquiry; bringing your awareness to your inner landscape. It can happen at any time, any moment. It's a moment of bringing you back to yourself.

Open. Open. Open.

Sidebend to make space. Feel the opening from your hip all the way to your shoulder. Take deep breaths here. Inhale; expand, make space. Exhale; soften into that new space. When you're done with both sides, notice how you feel.
