Holding Space

This is an invitation to cultivate balance, inner peace and grace. Explore the beauty of meditation.

In this course we will explore what it means to hold space for ourselves. To sit, breathe, move, reflect, connect and feel.

We live in a fast paced world and it can be quite overwhelming sometimes. Having a simple meditation practice helps to slow down, find clarity, coming back to presence and having a deep authentic connection to yourself and your truth.

This course offers 10 downloadable meditation practices. Each meditation provides you with a tool like breath awareness, body awareness and movements, visualizations and mantras. Each meditation is designed to soothe, calm, release stress and anxiety, and allow you to deepen the connection to yourself. The meditations are between 6-9 minutes. I kept them short and sweet so you feel it's doable. You'll also receive a printable pdf with simple prompts that you can easily weave in to the fabric of your life.

Bonus content: 2 downloadable yin yoga videos

Meditation is a great remedy to release tension, stress and anxiety. It helps us slow down and calm our nervous system.

If you are seeking a deeper connection to yourself. If you long to cultivate inner balance, peace and grace. If you crave to slow down, connect and find clarity this course is for you
