I truly believe that from a simple and steady sadhana everything works better. When I roll out my yoga mat for a practice, I reconnect and I return to myself. This is one of the most important things of the day. To take care of me. No, it's not selfish. No, it's no luxury. This is how I fill up my inner well. This is how I keep myself grounded and steady. Problems won't get solved, but I can handle them in a different way. The world around me won't slow down, but I will. My sadhana is my anchor. It's where I can retreat, exhale and return to myself.
